If gambling is causing you harm, help is available right now. Free and confidential support is a message away - see the helplines below. You do not have to wait until things get worse.

1. Our commitment

We would rather keep a player for years than push a bet that should not be placed. Aira331 treats betting as entertainment, and we build our platform so you stay in charge - not the other way around. Responsible play is part of the product, not a footnote.

2. Warning signs

It helps to know when play is turning into a problem. Watch for these signs in yourself or someone close:

  • Betting more than you planned, or more than you can afford.
  • Chasing losses with bigger stakes to win money back.
  • Borrowing money or selling things to keep betting.
  • Betting to escape stress, boredom or low mood.
  • Hiding how much time or money you spend, or feeling anxious about it.

If any of these feel familiar, it is a good moment to pause and use the tools below.

3. Setting limits

Limits are the simplest way to stay in control, and they are built into your account:

  • Deposit limits - cap how much you can add over a day, week or month.
  • Time reminders - get a prompt after a set period of play so you can check in with yourself.
  • Loss awareness - keep an eye on your running totals, shown clearly in rupees.

Set a budget before you play and stick to it. If you want a limit applied and cannot find it, our team will set it up for you.

4. Self-exclusion

Sometimes the right move is to step away completely. Self-exclusion lets you close access to your account for a chosen period - a cooling-off break of a few days, or a longer exclusion of months. During that time we will not accept your bets or send you promotions. To arrange it, message our team and we will act on the same day.

5. Protecting minors

Gambling is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If you share a device, use password protection and consider parental-control software to keep betting sites away from children. We verify age at sign up and remove any account found to belong to a minor.

6. Where to get help

You are not alone, and reaching out is a sign of strength. These services are free and confidential:

  • BeGambleAware - guidance, self-assessment and support at BeGambleAware.org.
  • iCALL (India) - psychosocial helpline: 9152987821, Monday to Saturday.
  • Vandrevala Foundation (India) - 24x7 mental-health support: 1860 2662 345 and 1800 2333 330.
  • Gamblers Anonymous - peer support meetings and resources via gamblersanonymous.org.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

7. Staying in control

  • Decide your budget before you start, and treat it as spent once it is gone.
  • Set a time limit for each session and honour it.
  • Never bet to recover a loss - the loss is already done.
  • Take regular breaks, and do not bet while upset, tired or under the influence.
  • Keep betting as one part of your life, not the centre of it.

8. Talk to us
