Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Aira331 (aira331.live). Read them in full before you register or place a bet. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet on Aira331, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally allowed to take part in online betting in your location. It is your responsibility to know the rules where you live.
• You must register in your own name and use your own payment methods.
• One person may hold only one account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for every action taken under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. The details you provide must be accurate and current; we may ask for documents to verify your identity, age or address at any time, and we may hold activity until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• All balances are held and settled in Indian Rupees.
• We support UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Net Banking and IMPS.
• Deposits are usually credited within moments; withdrawals are processed to verified accounts, with first payouts sometimes taking longer for identity checks.
• We may apply minimum and maximum limits and reasonable processing checks to protect against fraud.
• Funds in your account are for betting and gaming on Aira331; the platform is not a bank or savings service.

5. Betting rules

• A bet is confirmed once accepted by our system and shown in your bet history.
• Odds can move quickly; the price applied is the one confirmed at the moment you place the bet.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed or clearly listed with an error, we may void affected bets and return stakes under standard market rules.
• Cash-out, where offered, is available only while a market is open and eligible, and the value shown can change with the play.
• We settle markets on official results. Where a result is corrected after settlement, we may adjust accordingly.

6. Bonuses and promotions

Any bonus, free bet or promotion carries its own conditions, which are shown with the offer. Bonuses are for genuine play. Attempts to abuse a promotion - through multiple accounts, collusion or risk-free arbitrage against the offer - may lead to the bonus and related winnings being removed.

7. Fair use and conduct

You agree not to use Aira331 for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose, and not to use bots, exploits or manipulation to gain an unfair edge. You agree not to disrupt the platform or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorised to reach.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, shows signs of fraud, or where we are required to act by law. You may close your own account at any time; any genuine remaining balance is returned through an approved method after standard checks.

9. Liability

Aira331 is provided on an as-available basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including connectivity failures or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The current version always lives on this page with its date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Any dispute is handled under the applicable laws that govern our service.
